Quality Assurance & Training Lead — Master Electrician (309A)
Posted: March 4, 2026
Projected Start Date: June 1, 2026
Eldridge Electric Inc. is a family-owned electrical contractor based in Brockville, Ontario, proudly serving the region since 1985. With major commercial construction projects confirmed across Ontario for the next two years, we have a unique opening for an experienced Master Electrician who can serve as a driving force for quality assurance and on-site training.
This is not a standard field electrician role. We are looking for a senior-level professional who combines deep technical expertise with the leadership ability to guide a crew, uphold quality standards, and ensure every installation meets — and exceeds — ESA requirements and project specifications.
Please note that we require someone with significant commercial construction experience who can also demonstrate clear leadership qualities. Construction experience and the willingness to travel with overnight stays are both essential for this role.
We do not have any apprenticeship openings at this time.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will reflect the senior nature of this role and the candidate's experience and credentials.
Why Work With Eldridge Electric
Monday to Thursday Schedule
All commercial work is scheduled Monday through Thursday — giving you a guaranteed three-day weekend, every week.
Travel Covered
When projects require overnight stays outside of the Brockville area, all fuel and hotel costs are covered by the company. Current commercial project sites include locations throughout Ontario, including Petawawa, Golden Lake, and Pickle Lake.
A Leadership Role That Matters
This position carries real responsibility — you will directly influence the quality of work delivered on large-scale commercial projects and play a meaningful role in developing the skills of the crew. If you take pride in doing things right and want your expertise to have an impact, this role was built for you.
Stable, Long-Term Work
With commercial projects confirmed in the pipeline for the next two years, this is a long-term opportunity with a company that values its people and builds lasting relationships.
Family-Owned Since 1985
We are a local, family-run company. You will know the people you work with and work for — not a number in a large organization.
Security Clearance Opportunity
One of our upcoming projects requires federal security clearance. If you are able to participate in this process, we will cover all associated costs. This is an asset, not a requirement.
Responsibilities
Ensure all installed electrical systems on commercial construction projects meet ESA requirements and correctly follow drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
Apply a keen eye to foresee potential issues and troubleshoot problems, providing clear guidance to electricians on site
Stay current on Ontario Electrical Code updates and safety training requirements, and coach the crew accordingly
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, general contractors, and team members
